⠀will it fit me?⠀⠀the hats are flexible and can approx. fit a head circumference of 55cm-65cm. to learn how to check your measurements, click this link.

⠀btw⠀⠀for available plain version slots, you are welcome to upgrade it to cutie versions (₱500). please know it may take a few days to complete.

⠀washing⠀ ⠀to ensure its best condition, hand wash the hats alone in cold water and let it air dry.

⠀yarn thread poking out ? 😧 wag mo na kalikutin... eme please dm me if you have any concerns about this! the noticeable knots inside the hat are normal, theyre the connecting knots as i do use two balls of yarn.

⠀do you do comms?⠀ ⠀ no :( i can do quick / easy projects for close friends but for now, i don't have the capability to do commissions. what i release is only what i can sell.

• shipment

— please use sco at your own risk.
— ship out every wednesday and weekends.
— i will not be liable for any loss or damage of items once picked up by the courier.

• mto/preorder

— ₱50 downpayments per item are non-refundable.
— once i have confirmed that your order is ready for shipment, the remaining balance can be paid in 48 hrs.

• t&cs

— payo / 2 days reservation unless stated otherwise.
— strictly no cancellations once you have received an order confirmation.
— i have the right to cancel a transaction if a buyer is rude / inappropriate.
— for wrong items, you will be required to send a full and raw unboxing video. no video = no refund. replacements are negotiable !
— late payments require a ₱20 late fee per day, will base on the time order confirmation was sent.
